The goal is this: I have the Tech21 MIDI Mouse pedal, which tracks a program number and has up and down buttons to send the next and previous program changes. Ideally the device would be rackmountable. Also sending some specific control changes is a bonus. In other words, the device has presets, and each preset specifies which program changes should be sent to which other devices. It would send out multiple program and, ideally, bank changes on specific channels based on the input program change. The device would take MIDI input and listen for program changes on a specific MIDI channel (bank changes are a bonus). If anyone knows of one, either the name of a specific product, or the type of product so I can google it (MIDI Rackmount Program Changer hasn't given me anything useful after pages of results), please let me know.
